1. - METAL SUPREME, C.A., directly or through an authorized Distributor, guarantees to the purchaser, for the period specified in this document, the replacement of all original parts that present manufacturing defects within a period of six (6) months starting from the date of invoicing of the equipment. The parts replaced in the appliance will only be guaranteed for the remaining time left until the expiration of the original Warranty of the appliance. When any appliance cannot be repaired, METAL SUPREME, C.A. will refund the original purchaser the amount paid for it, minus a reasonable sum for depreciation due to use. .

2. - This warranty excludes damages resulting from accidents such as earthquakes, fires, water, impacts, mistreatment, force majeure, installation contrary to the instructions provided, or damages arising from such causes. Consumable spare parts are also excluded, such as refrigerator filters; glass panels of grills, display cases, counters, and oven doors, as well as knobs of all equipment.

3.- Repairs caused by defective household electrical power interruptions or damages resulting from the appliance being disconnected from its natural energy source (gas, electricity, water) are not covered by this warranty.

 4.- The proper functioning of this appliance is not guaranteed if the network voltage differs from that indicated on the appliance, nor damages caused by this reason.

5.-This warranty becomes automatically void if the appliance is used for purposes other than those intended for its normal use.

6.- Damages caused by negligence or misuse of the appliance and lack of proper care are excluded from this warranty. Likewise, damages caused by animals, humidity, saltpeter, and acid during its use.

7.-- This warranty becomes immediately void if the appliance has been serviced or attempted to be repaired by persons not authorized by METAL SUPREME, C.A., or if the serial numbers on the appliance, motors, compressors, or on this warranty document appear altered in any way, as well as the sales data or product number, or removal of the original brand label.

8.- The warranty indicated in this certificate is valid only where an authorized service center exists. If the appliance is transported by the purchaser to locations where no Authorized Service Center exists, the purchaser must transport it at their own expense to the nearest location where their claim can be attended.

9.-  This warranty does not cover installation supplies or gas or water connections. All equipment is regulated to standard pressures for both water and gas.

10.- This warranty does not cover transportation costs nor risks derived from transporting the product, whether the service is contracted through us or any other company. The customer is responsible for verifying the product testing procedure and the specifications stated in this document

11.-This warranty does not cover periodic maintenance or repair or replacement of parts resulting from normal use and wear.

12.-This warranty does not cover damages or defects derived from improper use, operation, or handling of the product, nor damages generated by adjustments or adaptations without prior consent from METAL SUPREME, C.A.

13.- This warranty does not cover technician travel expenses or additional per diem costs for instructing personnel or verifying the equipment on-site. False alarms will also generate costs, which will be determined by the technicians on duty.

Exceptions and Limitations

Except in the cases mentioned above,

 METAL SUPREME, C.A. will not grant warranties (explicit, implicit, statutory, or otherwise) regarding the product, its operation, accuracy, reliability, or suitability for any logical or other purpose. If this exclusion is not lawful or permitted under applicable law, METAL SUPREME, C.A. will limit or exclude its warranties only to the extent permitted by such law. Any warranty that cannot be fully excluded will be limited (to the extent permitted by applicable law) to the duration of this warranty.

The obligation of METAL SUPREME, C.A. will be limited according to the availability of parts, spare components, and the response time of the importer or manufacturer of the product.

The sole obligation of METAL SUPREME, C.A. under this warranty is to repair or replace the products subject to the terms and conditions of this warranty. METAL SUPREME, C.A. is not responsible for loss or damage of products, services, this warranty, or others, including economic loss or non-quantifiable damages; the price paid for the product; loss of profits, income, information, usufruct, or use of the product or associated products; or indirect, incidental, or critical damages. This clause applies whether the loss or damage is due to:

 1. - Deterioration or inoperability of the product or associated products due to defects or unavailability of METAL SUPREME, C.A., causing downtime, loss of user time, or business interruption.

 2.- Poor performance of the product or associated products.

This applies to losses or damages under any legal theory, including negligence, fraudulent procedures, explicit or implicit warranties, and strict liability.
