1.-METAL SUPREME, CA, directly or through an authorized distributor, guarantees the buyer and for the period specified in this document, all changes of original parts that present factory defects, within a period of six (6) months and counted from the date of invoice of the equipment . The parts replaced to the appliance will only be guaranteed for the time remaining until the expiration of the original Warranty of the appliance. When an appliance cannot be repaired, METAL SUPREME, CA, will proceed to return to the original buyer the amount paid for it, less a reasonable sum for depreciation due to use.

2.- Damage resulting from accidents such as earthquakes, fire, water, impacts, abuse, acts of God, installation contrary to the instructions, or damage resulting from these are excluded from this warranty. This warranty also excludes consumable parts such as refrigerator filters; grill glass, display cases, countertops, and kitchen ovens, as well as the knobs on all equipment.

3.- Repairs resulting from faulty power outages in the home or damage caused by the appliance being disconnected from its natural energy source (gas, electricity, water) will not be covered by this warranty.

4.- The proper functioning of this appliance is not guaranteed if the mains voltage is different from that indicated on the appliance, nor is any damage caused by this reason.

5.- This warranty is automatically void if the device is used for purposes not stipulated for its common use.

6.- Damage caused by negligence or misuse of the appliance, or lack of proper care, is excluded from this warranty. Damage caused by animals, moisture, saltpeter, and acid during use is also excluded.

7.- This warranty will be void immediately when the appliance has been intervened or attempted to be repaired by persons not authorized by METAL SUPREME, CA, also when in any way the serial numbers appear altered on the appliance, motors, compressors or in this warranty, as well as the sales data or number of the same and removal of the original brand.

8.- The warranty indicated in this certificate is only valid where there is an authorized workshop. If the appliance is transported by the buyer to a location where there is no authorized workshop, the buyer must transport it at their own expense to the nearest location where their claim can be addressed.

9.- This warranty does not cover installation supplies or gas or water connections. All equipment is regulated to standard water and gas pressures.

10.- This warranty does not cover transportation costs or risks arising from the transport of your product, whether contracted through our service or that of any other company. The customer is relying on the product testing procedure and the specifications in this document.

11.- This warranty does not cover periodic maintenance and repair or replacement of parts resulting from normal wear and tear.

12.- This warranty does not cover damages or defects resulting from improper use, operation or treatment of the product and not due to normal use of the product, nor damages generated by adjustments or adaptations without prior consent from Metal Supreme CA.

13.- This warranty does not cover travel expenses for technicians or extra travel expenses for training personnel or checking equipment on site. False alarms will also generate costs that will be stipulated by the technicians on duty.

Exceptions and limitations

Except in the cases mentioned above,

METAL SUPREME, CA makes no warranties (express, implied, statutory or otherwise) with respect to the product, the operation, accuracy, reliability or suitability for a particular purpose of the equipment, whether logical or otherwise. If this exception is not lawful or contemplated by applicable law, METAL SUPREME, CA will limit or exclude its warranties only to the extent permitted by applicable law. Any warranties that cannot be completely excluded will (to the extent permitted by applicable law) be limited to the duration of this warranty.

METAL SUPREME, CA's obligation will be limited to the extent of the availability of parts, spares and response speed of the importer or manufacturer of the product.

METAL SUPREME, CA's sole obligation under this warranty is to repair or replace products subject to the terms and conditions of this warranty. METAL SUPREME, CA is not responsible for any loss or damage to products, services, this warranty, or any other items, including economic loss or damages beyond the scope of this warranty; the price paid for the product; loss of profits, income, information, use, or benefit of the product or associated products; or indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage. This clause applies whether the loss or damage is due to:

1. Deterioration or inoperability of the product or associated products due to defects or unavailability of METAL SUPREME, CA, which has caused downtime, loss of user time, or business interruption.

2. Poor performance of the product or associated products.

This fact refers to loss or damage subject to any legal theory, including negligence or other fraudulent procedures, express or implied warranties, and strict obligations.
